TNEI is an independent specialist energy consultancy which has been providing technical, strategic, environmental and consenting advice to organisations operating within the conventional and renewable energy sectors for over 40 years. TNEI has had an established presence in South Africa since 2013 and became a registered company, TNEI Africa (Pty.) Ltd, in 2016. With many existing clients and projects throughout Africa, our Cape Town office provides a hub from which TNEI can offer its power systems and renewables consultancy expertise.

TNEI Africa has a small team of passionate, dedicated engineers in Cape Town, South Africa, with support from the company head office situated in Manchester and two further UK offices in Newcastle and Glasgow. Our clients range from large utilities, development banks, large and small project developers, EPCs, industrial organisations and manufacturers, regulators, public sector bodies and community groups.
